Dealing

There are times when I feel like I am okay – that things are going good and that sometimes, things can only get better for me.
Then there are the other times when I feel like the floor is crumbling away beneath my feet and I don’t know how to keep myself from falling. Tonight is one of those nights.

I take Benadryl almost every night to put myself to sleep because if I don’t, I’m up until 5am crying for no good reason.
