		<description>I use the Wave a couple of times a week.  It took me a while to get used to adjusting the settings.But after a while I figured it out. I like the wave. You can get some intense workouts from using it.Really works the skating muscles.</description>

		<description>I once went to a gym that had a &#039;skating machine&#039;, but it was awful because even though your feet and legs were doing total skating movements, there was a rail that was right in the way of where I would swing my arms to keep my balance - so instead of whacking my wrists on the rail, I&#039;d hang onto it, which ended up not being much of a workout. This Wave thing looks like it solves the problem of the rail.</description>
