Chinese Soldiers Shoot Tibetan Refugees

Chinese soldiers shoot unarmed Tibetan refugees – and it’s all caught on camera.
The Chinese government stated that the soldiers tried to persuade them to turn back, but the refugees became violent and attacked them. Well, it seems pretty clear that the refugees were not attacking them and instead were shot at like toys in a carnival game.
