Start It Up

Tonight, I did Start It Up from Slim in Six. I really didn’t feel like working out tonight. I was tired, but since I didn’t workout yesterday, I felt that I really needed to do something, even if it was a short workout.
This workout is basically about 20 minutes of lunges and squats. I wonder if I am going to be feeling this tomorrow or not since I am sooo freaking out of shape. After all of those lunges and squats, there is a short set of push ups and some ab work. The Slim in Six program was designed so that you would do this DVD for about 1 or 2 weeks, then move up to the next one and then move up from that to the third workout. You are supposed to do the workouts 6 days a week for 6 weeks, but how anyone can get through that is beyond me. I like them, but I do find them boring and a little hard to get through because the music doesn’t sync up to the workout.
Always something, isn’t there?
